It's very disheartening that the wrong product has been delivered to me, and now when I asked to exchange it, the delivery boy said that they, Ajio, have sent you the wrong item, the cheapest one. So I believe that such a big brand website has done the scam.
Refund my hard-earned money.

Still return item is not pickedup and no money refund.
Hi, I received the wrong dirty cloth, a torn piece instead of the kurthi which I ordered. I paid cash on delivery.
Soon after seeing it, we raised a complaint and started the return process. The pickup date was 1st April, and then I got another email stating the pickup date was April 10th.
No one came, nothing happened, and the return and money are still an issue. Will you solve this?

I have returned a saree and and you app acknowledge the receipt of The saree. Sent a message saying that an amount of rs.790 had been returned to my bank account on 2nd October.
As on date I have not received the money. Customer care service is not helpfull . They don't know hindi or english. Very substandard service.
I am 74 years old senior citizens. It's not for money it's a question of trust on the brand

They they send some local dirty products from local market without branding.
