Ajio - Return taken place and refund is pending
Dear ajio,
I have order jean cafe jeans with the order no. FL027965**** on 10 jul 21 .
After receiving product.
I felt the colour of jean is different from i ordered.
Hence i put it back as it is and ask for return.
After a day, in the afternoon a pickup guy came and took it from me.
On the same day in the evening he called me and said the EV no. Isn't matching to the given ordered.
Then i asked him that few things which he replied as given below
Product name is same
Product colour is same
Product price is same
All tages are tagged in
But the ev no.
Is not matching so it will not get return???
He said the ev no. Is given by ajio and we need to match it also to giving back to return.
Hence i am requesting you please give your attention on this serious matter and solve it immediately.
Note: jeans is still with pick up guy and i am daily getting msg from ajio that some one is visinting us for pick up the jeans but nobody coming and i am getting message
From ajio that we have knocked at your door but nobody is found.Ddon
